HDB Financial Services - Product Head (6-15 yrs)
- Responsible for driving disbursements as per the business plan for Direct Lending and through BC partners.
- Ensuring all the digital initiatives or any other projects and products are successfully launched and implemented. Preparation of BRD and testing of software under UAT before deployment.
- Portfolio Management to make it profitable in all channels of MFI business.
- Making processes effective and efficient by continuous improvement in processes by coordinating with the internal teams - Operations, IT, Compliance, Credit and Legal.
- Preparation and submission of new BC proposal and on-boarding the approved BC's as per the regulatory and compliance requirement.
- Taking approval from the internal risk and compliance team on the product and process for direct and indirect lending.
- Development of training manuals along with the Training team and executing training programs.
- Designing and implementing various Reward and Recognition program to drive business.
