HCM Manager - Oracle ERP Advisory (8-12 yrs)
In your capacity as Manager you would be closely with the clients and your team
You are best fit for the role if you have :
- More than 8 years of experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite implementations on Oracle / Fusion Cloud Human capital management / Human resource modules
- Experience in Sales, Pre-sales and Delivery functions
- Experience of atleast 6 end to end Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 and Cloud implementations
- Good understanding of key ERP concepts viz. Organization Structure, Role Based Access Controls, HR flex fields, Business group, Job, Grade
- Good functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Self-service HR, Recruitment, Talent management, Performance management, Leave management and its functionalities
- Good domain knowledge of Human resource function
- Implementation experience on Cloud / Fusion HCM / Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence
- Has prepared BP080s, BR100s and MD050s or similar document as per a different implementation methodology
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good inter-personal skills
- Willing to stretch beyond normal work hours, whenever required
- Open to travel
Job Role :
- Interact with the Client and gauge their business requirement
- Prepare - To be process- blueprint based on the requirements
- Assist the team in configuring and deploying of Oracle / Fusion Cloud HCM modules
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with the other functional and technical team members
- Identify product gaps and design solutions to meet those gaps
- Prepare status reports and present to stakeholders
- Perform relevant Organizational Change Management activities to ensure stakeholder alignment for better acceptance of change
Academic Qualifications : MBA in HR from a reputed institution
Experience : 8+ years
