HCL - Transition Manager - BPO Division

HCL Technology BPO Division is hiring for Transition Manager for Noida location.

Mandatory req.:

- Past experience of contact center transition

- Involved in end to end transition

Job profile:

- Independently own and drive transition projects, develop transition solution and lead till steady state/go live

- Transition solution walkthrough during bid cycles

- Plan and conduct due diligence at client locations to validate assumptions and refine the transition solution and pricing

- Understanding of customer requirements and outsourcing objectives and evaluate the constraints which might impact the transition solution

- Manage program to achieve scope, schedule and cost targets

- Work with vendors, business and technology subject matter experts (IT, Admin, HR, Finance etc) to define scope, create KT effort estimates, develop project plans

- Ability to effectively navigate and influence at varying organizational levels

- Ability to build strong relationship and influence internal and external stakeholders

Required Experience:

- Prior experience in planning and execution of transition and due diligence

- Developed customized transition solutions towards new business acquisition pursuits, responses to RFI / RFP with varying scope, scale and complexities

- Collaborated with multiple teams (Sales, Delivery, presales, HR Transition, IT etc.) to craft a robust and comprehensive transition solution and execute it across all stages of transition cycle

Education Requirement:

- PMP /Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage
