HCL - Transition Lead - Banking & Financial Services Vertical - BPO Division (12-16 yrs)

HCL BPO Division is hiring for Transition Lead for Noida location:

1. In-depth understanding and experience in all aspects of Banking and Financial Services BPO transitions

2. Excellent program management skills applied to drive multiple BFS transitions simultaneously with varied scope, scale, and complexities

3. Architect transition solution development, response to RFI / RFPs, Solution walkthrough and defense during bid cycles

4. Be responsible for the execution of all aspects of transition program from Due Diligence, program initiation through closure

5. Manage program to achieve schedule, cost and revenue targets

6. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and concerns. Manage issues escalation and Risk Management at the program level

7. Direct program activities, conduct reviews, manage change control processes and communicate status to senior executives within HCL and business partner organizations

8. Excellent consulting skills along with the ability to positively influence stakeholders in the desired direction to achieve defined outcomes with/without direct lines of authority

9. Identify and manage dependencies and impacts among programs across the service transition

10. PMP or other project management certifications will be a definite plus

11. Provide leadership and oversight to highly matrixed teams

12. Setup metric deliverables and reporting effectively to ensure visibility and achievement of goals

13. Audits of ongoing transitions against the benchmark ASSeT framework

14. In-depth understanding and experience in all aspects of Banking and Financial Services BPO transitions

15. Work on enhancing the existing Transition framework, tools and automation initiatives as part of the Transition CoE
