HCL - Transformation Pre-sales SME (2-8 yrs)
1. Should have experience in RPA, Workflow automation, AI/ML, Analytics solution creation.
2. Define Functional as well as Technical solutions including commercials for large and complex sales opportunities
3. Formulating and leading presales technical / functional solutioning activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Lead and support team in responding to RFPs/bids, pricing requests - Bid management & coordination leadership - Solution development based on client requirements as a response to the bid while ensuring quality of output
5. Leading the overall solution design, delivery shaping and business case creation
6. Support and execute 'Demand-Generation' campaigns for revenue growth & pipeline generation from transformation standpoint by working in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders
7. Assist in planning, directing and controlling activities under transformation initiatives to contribute and/or influence business strategy
