HCL - Training Operations Manager (9-10 yrs)
We are looking for Training Operation Manager for HCL Madurai.
Note :Looking for only Tamil Nadu Candidates. Who is willing to move Madurai location.
Experience - Minimum 9 + Years
Excellent Communication skills verbal/written:
- Execute technical training programs according to organizational requirements across multiple specializations Core engineering & product development, Operations, etc.
- Responsible for working with the Technology Heads & Technical Managers to create buy-in & validations of the calendar of all technical programs which will be run in the company.
- Responsible for creating & delivering (Mix of individual delivery & through partners) all fresher technical induction programs.
- Design & publish key metrics which will clearly communicate the success criteria of the programs & technical competency upward movement across the organization
- Responsible for working with key stakeholders internally to identify future technical skill requirements & proactively working on developing the skills in-house.
- Will be accountable for the smooth execution of training (technical area identification, batch formation, vendor / trainer identification, calendar creation, day-to-day training delivery, attendance, assessment administration, results publication, scholar assessment performance appraisal, technical and classroom preparation / upkeep, weekly and monthly reports preparation).
- Run smooth error-free Learning Operations
Technical knowledge -
- Microsoft Office (MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
- Plan, organize, coordinate and direct training and educational activities at management, professional and supervisory levels.
- Consult with Managers to determine training needs and schedule arrangements, training policies and procedures.
- Participate in analysis studies with managers to evaluate and determine the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Responsible for the department's record systems, files and training materials inventory; prepare periodic reports and summaries to keep Management apprised of training activities and results.
- Capable of providing 1-1 feedback & mentoring to employees
