General Description :

Responsibilities :

- SAP Business Development Manager, leads the creation, identification, and development of large innovative business opportunities.

- SAP BDM is responsible for dynamic market screening, thought leadership, demand creation, opportunity identification, development, and selection of opportunities that support the business development campaign strategy.

- SAP BDM must be able to demonstrate deep understanding of the SAP marketplace and its future as well as client's business, organization, culture, pain points, and compelling reasons to act on new directions

- The SAP BDM should be able to create, articulate, and sell an innovative business vision and value proposition based upon the thought leadership developed as part of the campaign.-

Appropriate interaction with the various teams to successfully pursue/engage on the opportunities :

Technical Skill :

- Proficient understanding of SAP, its products and solutions, partners, markets and competition.

- Understanding of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce/ business networks.-

- SAP BDM should have complete understanding along with past experience SAP architecture, implementation, adoption, processes and standards

- SAP BDM should have complete understanding along with past experience SAP architecture, implementation, adoption, processes and standards

- Implementation experience for large global customers with complex landscapes will be preferred

- Fluent English, and excellent presentation skills

- Business acumen in combination with technology expertise

- Strong knowledge of best business practices and financial theory and analysis.-

- Proficient understanding of SAP, its products and solutions, partners, markets and competition.

- Most importantly can drive HCL's value and its methodology

Other Skills / Experience :

- 10+ years professional- business experience, international business experience preferred in corporate development.

- Understanding of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce/ business networks.

- Experience with SAP Platform migration

Other Skill - Oracle/SQL server DBA/DB2/HANA, Unix/Window/AIX/SUSE/Linux

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university. MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred.

Total : 10+ Years of experience

Relevant : Minimum of 5 years in SAP Business Development, minimum 4 years of SAP industry experience

Certification requirements :

Certification : Basis, Netweaver, Solman,OS/DB Migration, HANA
