General Description :

Responsibilities :

- Adhering to SLAs

- ITIL Processes awareness and adhering to

- Understanding and maturing RFP's Responses for on-premise and Cloud solutions

- Customer presentation and Solution defense

- Responding to customer RFP/RFI queries

- Solution Designing and Architecture

- Interaction with different vendors for competitive pricing and bidding

- Providing detailed project plan and stringent timelines

- Accountability for complete SAP Solution - Storage/network/compute along with sizing

- End-2-End sizing of SAP applications leveraging quick sizer tool and classical method

- Develop post implementation support strategy.

- Work with functional teams to develop a cut over strategy, plans, and execution

Technical Skill :

- Technically sound and efficient to design the best possible SAP solutions as per customers- environments

- Proficient understanding and technical expertise of SAP products and solutions, partners, markets and competition. - Candidate should have in depth technical expertise and experience in SAP BASIS, SAP HANA and SAP on cloud

- Good understanding of netweaver components, like EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, Solman, Trex and collabration, MDM, with integrations

- Demonstrate application of end to end SAP implementation, SAP migration and upgrades

- Understanding of cloud -based commerce/ business networks.-, SAP Hosting Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, -

- Understanding of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce/ business networks.-

- Understanding of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce/ business networks.-

- Analysing RFP/RFI and creating detailed customised soultion documents for each case

- Sales consulting and customer facing experience with a demonstrable record of achievements

- Experience of working on SAP as Service model and understanding of Techno commercial modelling in private cloud scenarios

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)

- Good documentation skills

- Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)

- Should have a great customer handling skills

- Able to handle unforeseen situations

- High level of acceptance

- Can drive HCL's value and its methodology

Other Skills / Experience :

- Worked on SAP Cloud migration

- Datacenter understanding

- Experience with SAP Platform migration

Other Skill - Oracle/SQL server DBA/DB2/HANA, Unix/Window/AIX/SUSE/Linux

Years of Experience :

Total : 9 Years of experience

Relavant : Minimum of 5 years as a PreSales Consultant

Certification requirements

Certification : Basis, Netweaver, Solman,OS/DB Migration, HANA
