HCL Technologies - Product Owner/Functional Business Analyst - Digital Transformation

Responsibilities:

- Setting value-based goals with the team and owning value realization and measurement.

- Working closely with the Product Manager, Change and Business Stakeholders to come up with the refined team backlog (Features, stories).

- Managing the Team backlog, including the refinement process and setting priorities

- Collaborating with other Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies across teams and value streams, and to help align teams against a common vision

- Agile Execution Experience in Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Methodologies (Spotify, SAFe)

- Ability to acquire deep business, functional, non-functional and technical knowledge in the product areas and communicate to business and engineering stakeholders to create the product vision.

- Ability to write feature acceptance criteria and define MVP for products.

- Create user stories in INVEST format and help the development team define and refine the acceptance criteria.

- Drive end to end lifecycle of a requirement - from elicitation to UAT acceptance to Release.

- Contributing to the product vision and roadmap

- Lead the feature team in the ceremonies for PI Planning, Iteration Planning & Demo.

- Ownership of Definition of Ready and Definition of Done

Skills Required:

- MBA/PGPM/PGDM candidates preferred

- Strong background in Capital Markets with hands-on experience in the Risk management Domain

- Strong understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk / Market Risk from an IT perspective

- Strong experience in handling large transformation projects

- FRM/PRM certification is desirable

- Hands-on experience with any of the following programming languages like Python, PL/SQL, Tableau, Oracle, C++, Java

- Hands-on in capturing the business requirements and mapping them to functional specifications

- Good academic background

- POPM Certification is desirable
