HCL Technologies - Presales Role - Network Product Core - Voice

Experience - 8-12 yrs

Location - Noida

Skill - People with at least 6-8 years of UCC Pre-Sales experience and should also have experience in leading Pre-Sales team

Responsibilities

- Develop roadmaps for Service Offerings

- Develop Point of Views for Technology Roadmaps

- Develop comparisons of platforms of competing vendors

- Handle large complex bids with complicated solution offerings

- Create White papers on HCL services

Knowledge & Experience

- Senior roles in Network Service Delivery / Pre-Sales organizations at Telecom / Network OEM / Indian Outsourcing company

- Architect role for at least 2 years

- Worked in at least two major Voice migrations projects

- Worked in at least two major Voice implementation projects

- Worked on IT Outsourcing solution submissions or more than 100

- Experience on Contact Center technologies extremely desirable

- CCIE desired and CCNP mandatory
