Role Overview:

Leading the Marketing function for the Security Practice at HCL globally. This role will entail designing and managing execution of marketing programs to :

1) Forge a strong market position for HCL's Information Security services

2) Generate brand visibility & salience

3) Generate demand for HCL's security services

Functional Details :

- Support external facing proposition development, and lead creation of external facing marketing & sales collateral for all propositions under the Security Practice at HCL

- Design Marketing programs which may or may not include collaboration with external entities such as technology partners, educational institutions, research organizations etc to establish a unique position for HCL's security services in the market

- Put in place, and lead execution of Thought Leadership content for Security; to be promoted in marketing campaigns and on the website

- Own corporate website presence for HCL's Security services

- Design & Execute multi-touch Integrated Marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Physical and Digital) to generate sales qualified pipeline

- Manage influencer reach-out; covering Industry analysts, advisory firms, security media and others

The ideal candidate will possess :

- Masters Degree in Management or Commensurate on-the-job experience

- 4-5 years of experience of working in a Marketing leadership capacity for an Information Security product or services company

- A capacity to self-start, self-motivate and think out-of-the box

- An ability to visualize and conceptualize and if necessary write world class proposition content

- A thorough understanding of how marketing campaigns work and the overall discipline of Marketing Management
