Qualification & Experience :
- MBA from any Tier 1 College
- 10 12 yrs of working experience across geography.
JD :
- This is a key leadership position in sales and will be a member of the core team with the main objective of assisting in devising strategies & the Framework for business growth across geography.
- To create a funnel of new business opportunities from the current and new account by showcasing HCL end-to-end service capabilities.
- To maintain and sustain relationship with customer contacts.
- To oversee commercial aspects (revenue| margins| receivables) for the current account.
- To track and ensure that delivery escalations are closed timely and appropriately.
- To proactively locate gaps in current delivery and build business case for enhanced service offerings.
- Improve and enhance customer satisfaction at account level.
- Keep track of the changing environment and provide inputs to team for further innovations.
