Digital and Marketing Services Solutions Lead

Support development of new business. Working closely with US and UK Sales team, operations team and our clients

The role will focus on planning and manage the bid process as well as effectively drive and articulating proposition and solutions through client facing documentation and presentations, delivered to the highest standard.

The candidate is expected to work on 'Digital Marketing and Content Practice' and will be primarily measured by sales revenue in 'Digital Practice', a number of new logos, the creation of market facing content (thought leadership etc.) that can create visibility and creation of joint propositions with partners. The services include Content creation, content management, email campaigns, marketing automation and ad operations. This will be part of HCL Business Services and our focus is primarily in solutions of how we will deliver these - services- for our customers globally.

Responsibilities:

- Manage response to strategic clients and large, complex, multi-location RFIs/RFPs.

- Work closely with sales in generating pipeline and demand in the regions by contributing to marketing campaigns that are based on specific point solutions.

- Create client facing case studies to evangelize the Practice to FF and existing clients. Additionally, Case study re-structuring and updates to existing case studies with information and inputs from Operations team.

- Coordinate all aspects of a client response, ensuring timely delivery of best in class bid responses by working closely with sales and various client operations team.

- Take responsibility for the end-to-end management of bids, including planning activities, allocating questions, writing responses whilst using the latest IP within the business.

As a digital and marketing solution Architect should have following experience:

- Required to work with the Sales team, help convince prospects of the strategic value of digital marketing services to their business - assist them in defining needs, opportunities and potential solutions.

- Gain a strong knowledge of prospects business objectives, online strategies, and their competitive landscape to deliver effective digital marketing recommendation.

- Strong understanding of Content Value chain (Pre and Post); having strong Software tools exposure including tools/products for DAM, Marketing Automation, Content Distribution, Data Analytics, CRM, and Advertising.
