HCL Technologies Ltd - Hiring Business Strategy Consultant - Corp. Strategy Team

The following role (Location: Noida, Sector-126 Office) is for HCL Corporation Pvt. Ltd. - Strategy Team, Chairmans Office.

Brief :

- Organization is the holding co. of HCL Technologies, HCL Infosystems, HCL Healthcare, Shiv Nadar University/Schools and Shiv Nadar Foundation.

The Corporate strategy team works with the Founder & Chairman of HCL Corporation on various New & Current initiatives.

Broadly, the Roles will consist of following responsibilities :

- To support and lead the various strategic initiatives of the organization's Corporate Strategy team focused on the growth for the organization cutting across entities

- Augmenting and incubating new businesses within the group

- High level business planning for the entities

- Market entry strategy and opportunity sizing

- Engage with global private equity firms in business incubation and identifying opportunities for the HCL entities

- Assist in M&A activities

- Deliver Strategy and operating plans around cost optimization initiatives and program managing them with senior leadership.

Role :

Business Consultant :

- Looking for candidates with 3-5 years total work experience. Female candidates preferred

- Educational Qualification : B.Tech / Commerce Graduates + MBA, CFA.

- Ability to collect and utilise relevant business and industry trend information and to analyse this information effectively by applying numerical and strategic analysis techniques;

- Ability to plan and deliver sections of work against firm deadlines

- Strong commercial sense and project management skills

- Strong communication skills

- Preferably experience with Strategy Consulting firms, Corporate Strategy Roles, CEO / Chairman Office Roles.
