Job Description

Role: Technical Architect

An experienced software leader with:

- Experience in solution management is a must

- Strong understanding of any of the technology stack like JAVA/BPM/RPA/ .Net

- Required skills- Infra support, setting up RPA on Cloud OR Enterprise Architect experience can also be considered.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Must have delivered solutions in .Net/ JAVA/BPM/RPA

- Must have the aptitude for solution design and development

- Have Technical leadership and team management skills

- Should be ready to work as per client shifts

- Open to travel onsite as per project requirements

- Experience in banking domain is desirable

Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role:

- Understand the solution design document and accordingly create low-level design documents

- Provide technical leadership to the team in sync with requirements

- Deliver projects within project constraints and quality on global delivery models with timely reviews and feedback

- Project planning and monitoring to manage solution delivery with resource optimization

- To mentor team members achieve designated goals

- To consistently meet or exceed performance parameters
