1. Providing guidance and leadership to the team for planning, implementing, and monitoring the hiring & Skilling operations.
2. Developing leads and networking with key stakeholders like the government, education institutions, etc.
3. Exploring business development and feasibility of partnering with the government and other relevant stakeholders.
4. Developing leads with schools and junior colleges for sourcing candidates for assessments.
5. Identifying suitable candidates for staffing in the state sourcing teams as per the need.
6. Regular monitoring and review of the project with the teams and taking corrective actions and reporting on time
7. Verification and sharing of data and reports for the respective region.
8. Ensuring the target for TechBee / Degree cohorts are achieved
9. Identifying venue for test centres and training
10. Responsible for ensuring the achievement of regional onboarding targets.
11. Responsible for ensuring financial targets and viability of operations.
12. Ensuring proper counseling happens to the candidates and their parents
13. Co-ordination with banks for loan process
14. Onboarding the candidates as per the targets agreed and on time
15. Travelling to various locations to tie up with government/ ngo- s/ schools for outreach and creating awareness and taking up the exam
16. Any other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organisation"
