HCL - Spend Analyst - SCM Domain

Salary Offered: 8 - 15 LPA

Your Role & Responsibilities:

We are searching for a Sourcing Executive who has proven experience in sourcing process in indirect procurement and wants to make a real impact on the Supply Chain industry.

This role will be focused on:

- Being a part of the team working on various spend analysis projects aiding strategic decision.

- Providing recommendations to clients via right category sourcing strategies, in order to achieve spend savings.

- Collecting/Organizing/Preparing/Managing data for analysis and conducting quality checks.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

- Any degree with min 6-8 years of exp.

- Willingness to work in US / Night Shifts

Desired Qualifications:

- Any degree with min 6-8 years of experience in SCM and hands on experience on spend analytics

- Developing complete sections of final client reports in PowerPoint, identifying trends and evaluating insights in terms of logic and reasoning, and succinctly present them in terms of an executive summary/taglines

- Superior problem-solving abilities and strong analytical thinking and aptitude for data collection

- Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment where you need to push yourself all the time

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to drive effective conversations with internal and external stakeholder

- Ability to multi-task and be effective in solving problems to pace up with the nature of the project
