- Single Point of Contact for the client for Product Support and Customer Services  - Provide support to the Clients customer support team for Operations & Delivery related matters  - Manage delivery for cross functional teams across different geographies & languages, service streams (product support and customer services)  - Collaborate across different service teams including applications / BPO to ensure effective service delivery   - Working with the technology team (and others) to identify, design and implement effective business support processes in response to the changing needs due to the implementation of new systems  - Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, including six-sigma and operational excellence and collaborate with technology groups for automation using RPA or other technologies as applicable  - Work with sales team to continuously find opportunities to grow the account  - Proactively improve end customer satisfaction and customer relationships working with Client Leadership in finance organization especially CHRO and his/her direct reportees  - Measure cost effectiveness  - Manage employees delivering the client service, including their professional development  - Effective management of service levels and contractual arrangements on a day to day basis  - Min. 10 years of experience in managing teams in product support environment  - Prior experience of product support both for applications and BPO services for customers with global presence having multi-lingual requirements  - Strong experience of healthcare domain  - Practical understanding of problem solving and continuous improvement techniques - such as value stream mapping etc. Practical understanding of the process management cycle.   - Can demonstrate a track record of participation in IT projects / improvements particularly e-enablement of business processes.  - Excellent interpersonal communication skills  - Readiness to travel occasionally  - BTech / MCA / MBA with minimum experience of 12+ years
