NOTE : IT'S A NON IT ROLE

- Leading development of solution and individually contributing to proposal writing, pre sales Solutioning and bid management across multiple verticals as mentioned above

- Proficiency in business development support activities like responding to RFX/ RFP's/RFI's, proactive solution offering proposals for target leads, best practices, and competency frameworks with multi-channel/multi- location delivery solutions.

- Should have strong management skills, demonstrate proficiency in leading and mentoring teams and individuals to maximize levels of productivity, while forming cohesive and collaborative team environment both on-site and remotely. Should have bid management expertise with less experienced team members through knowledge sharing.

- Should have been involved with market analysis and research teams for new service offerings including forming alliances, preparation of marketing plan, designing mailers etc.

- Experience in the development of requirement and functional specifications as well as business process documentation along with identification of new growth opportunities.

- Good understanding of Automation and RPA possibilities, platforms and vendors in the Front office domain

- Ability to front end discussions with clients and sales towards business closure

- Represent and lead solution walk through with customers

- Developing solutions that are thought through end to end

- Lead complex due diligence engagements for integrated services

- Contribute to Marketing Initiatives as roadshows, white papers, Point of Views

- Ensure that bid management and solution design process is adhered and all compliance metrics are adhered to while working with delivery teams

- Passionate for technology, and ability to work with cross functional teams

- Able to explain complex concepts in simple terms

- Having an entrepreneurial/startup DNA, working agile and flexible in a matrixed organization

- Good understanding of Business Services in both Front office and back office environment

- Good understanding of business processes.

- Good Understanding of latest transformation and technology interventions coming up in market in business services domain

- Being able to challenge and influence delivery teams to create aggressive solutions in best interest of company and customer

- Excellent communication skills, Presentation Skills and customer interaction skills at CXO level
