Senior Manager - Reconciliation - Investment Banking

Function - Manage Internal Reconciliation

Role- Senior Manager Ops.

Reports to: BU Head

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Management responsibility to front end client calls and escalation management

- Excellent People skill. Should be able to drive 100+ team in right direction

- Managing Client expectation and proactive approach is a must

- Lead and manage a team in Coimbatore for the day-to-day production of various Recon types

- Individual will have a strong customer service and operational focus and will provide integrated, value-added services to our clients

- At least 11-13 years of experience in Capital markets having worked for Reconciliation & Resolution teams for both Cash and Position

- Experience in BPO's and AMC's handling Fund Accounting operations preferred

- Understanding of Investment Manager and Custody business will be a plus

- Should suggest process improvements and value adds to customer

Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role:

- Manage team effectively and ensure that the external deliverables are completed within the specified SLA's

- Mentor the team and be responsible for the KT

- Create process flows for the various sub-process so that a repository is created for repeated trainings in the future

- Devise a clear cut tracking mechanism, log the errors and ensure timely correction of faults so that the recon process adhere to the specified timelines

- Should be willing to work in shifts
