Role would require to lead and drive quality consulting assignments, continuous improvement programs with an aim to improve business output metrics. Candidate applying for the position should have expertise in process designing, end to end process modelling and creating target operating models for improving end user experience. Position will also require the incumbent to be the point of contact for Senior Management/ Clients managing end to end project/ program assigned offshore or onshore.

Lean and Process Improvement:-

- Responsible for identification and execution of end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling & improving business processes and focus on improving the customer experience & increasing the quality/effectiveness of the transactions processed

- Work with Operations teams to identify reengineering opportunities upstream and downstream to streamline processes end to end by applying a structured, fact-based, and disciplined methodology to effectively deliver change

- Create and embed a continuous improvement framework focused on performance by diagnosing process improvement opportunities through research & analysis of data including customer journey mapping and business process mapping

- Advocate for new ideas and process improvements to close gaps, reduce manual efforts, and enhance the customer experience

- Recommend and document business requirements for system enhancements or changes; create and execute change management activities in a timely manner

- Drive and/or Lead process improvement projects that are focused on delivering sustainable increases in customer satisfaction across a range of business processes and functions

- To ensure projects are monitored and reported against timescale, financial and quality targets and implement corrective actions

- Inform, influence, negotiate & persuade internal/external stakeholders in relation to continuous improvement efforts and initiatives.

Qualifications:-

Mandatory: -

- Certified Black Belt

- MBA or Post Graduate in Management

- Experience in optimization/automatization of business processes and exceptional understanding of the Lean/Six Sigma toolbox

- Strong project management skills- ability to handle multiple projects having unstructured scoping

- Ability to deliver training on Quality methodology is desirable (Six Sigma and Lean)

- Ability to build a process improvement culture, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in achieving the desired outcome

- Excellent analytical skills: Review and provide direction on projects/ programs (Data-driven approach)

Preferred: -

- Planning, Organization and Project Management

- Problem-solving and decision making

- Self-management and personal development

Experience:-

- 6+ years of experience in Six Sigma Lean management

- 1+ year of experience with customer journey mapping or process mapping

- Hands-on with usage of tools/applications such as Minitab, Aris, Visio etc.

- Experienced with documenting processes and practices, often accepted in six sigma methodology artifacts
