HCL - Senior Manager - Presales, Bid-Management & Solutioning
Job Duties/ Responsibilities :
- Managing RFPs and RFIs
- Package Proposals and other client facing information to explain solution design, differentiate HCLs services effectively, and sharpen the competitive position in RFPs and RFIs
- Conduct Research and market analysis including company analyses and fact sheets on prospects, and industry analysis to explore and identify prospective business opportunities
- Support marketing initiatives by preparing service line pitches, and business cases
- Solution Architect /Integrator & End to End Bid Management
- Value Proposition development, Collateral development, Analyst briefing, case studies, partnership/Alliances, Whitepaper/ Thought Leadership/ POV Documents
- Due Diligence/ Onshore Customer workshops
- Bid Defence, Solution to Transition Handover
- Proactive Proposals, Handle end-to-end client visits
- Support US/UK/ RoW sales team on proactive opportunities, marketing initiatives
- Act as a communication SPOC for the practice
Qualifications :
- MBA with SCM/ Operations specialization
- Excellent academic background with consistent performance in all qualifying examinations. (Graduation, twelfth and tenth)
Mandatory Skill Sets :
- Outstanding presentation preparation skills and the ability to manage a team, and get them to operate to high standards
- Excellent WRITTEN communication skills in English
- Ability to understand and appreciate varying businesses and domains
- Excellent analytical skills to represent customers requirements and relate to organizations solutions
- Very organized and methodical in approach
- High level of energy with sense of ownership
- Willingness to work to tight deadlines
- Continuous refinement and setting of standards towards client facing documentation.
