Job Title : Transition
Key Purpose Of Job:
- To deliver projects on time, budgets and to contracted customer requirements.
- To provide solution in response to prospective client requirements.
- To ensure revenue opportunities are maximized to the benefit of HCL.
- To ensure HCL resources are deployed to the maximum benefit of HCL.
- To enhance the customer's perception of HCL over the life of the project.
- To keep senior management appraised of project progress and surrounding issues.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Management
- To manage projects in accordance with HCL project management or other agreed processes where these are more applicable.
- To lead and manage the project team or to support another Project Manager, to meet agreed objectives including timescales, customer needs, quality requirements and financial targets.
- To conduct regular project reviews and implement corrective actions.
- To be the single point of contact within HCL for project related issues.
- To monitor the pre-implementation phase and to take appropriate actions as determined on a case by case basis.
- To be the HCL respondent for change management during the lifecycle of the project or to support another project manager in that role.
- To ensure HCL resources are utilized at lowest cost whilst still maintaining project objectives.
- To be the prime customer interface and customer champion during the lifetime of the project or support another Project Manager in that role.
- To ensure projects are monitored and reported against timescale, financial and quality targets.
Professional & Technical:
- 5 years experience in Transitions
- Product Support Project implementations background
- Prior experience in Hitech industry for the same role
- Ads experience
- Professional Qualification:
- MBA or Post Graduate in Management
- Certified Lean Green Belt / Black Belt
- PMP
