HCL BPO Division is hiring for Process reengineering SMEs for Noida location:

Process reengineering SME/BPM team will be responsible for process mapping, data analysis, identification of process improvement, optimization, standardization and automation opportunities

1. Working knowledge on Lean & Six sigma tools, BPR/BPMN methodologies

2. Analytical, Quantitative and Communication skills

3. Proficient with MS Visio/ARIS and Strong Process mapping skills

4. Critically examine and analyze business processes across business operations to recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and controls

5. Collect data to identify root cause problems

6. Measures performance against process requirements

7. Support process reengineering capture of time and motion metrics

8. Process mapping, documentation, process data analytics. Ability to quickly understand complex processes and create process/data flows as per BPMN standards

9. Perform cost and benefit analysis

10. Ability to interact with senior leadership at client organizations, understand and empathize with their needs and collaboratively conceptualize and develop solutions

11. Understand business processes and interpret them to define requirements, analyze current as-is processes and conceptualize to-be requirements

12. Analyze data and draw conclusions from the data

13. Possesses decent levels of comfort in dealing with information technology.
