HCL BPO Division is hiring for Process Reengineering PMO for Noida location:
Process Reengineering PMO
Process reengineering PMO will work closely with the Process Reengineering Lead and Process Reengineering SMEs to track, monitor and report key measures of performance, cost, revenue, margins for process reengineering and transformation programs
1. Good exposure towards Project management
2. Working knowledge of Six sigma tools and methodologies such as Lean, DMAIC, DMADV, DFSS
3. Advanced knowledge of BPR methodologies, Lean and Six sigma tools
4. Support PMO activity including process analysis, system analysis, measuring success and stakeholder and leadership reporting
5. Understand business processes and interpret them to define requirements, analyze current as-is processes and conceptualize to-be requirements and Design & implement business process reengineering roadmap
6. Preparing for and documenting outcomes of workshops and meetings
7. Analytical, Quantitative and Communication skills
8. Ability to build strong relationship and influence clients and stakeholders
9. Possesses decent levels of comfort in dealing with information technology
10. PMP or other project management certification will be a plus.
