HCL BPO Division is hiring for Business Process Reengineering Lead for Noida location:

The Business Process Reengineering Lead will be responsible for assessment and redesign of business processes using BPR methodologies and principles to streamline the processes and thereby achieve significant levels of improvement in quality, service, time, speed and cost for external customer and internal accounts.

1. Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, E2E process mapping, process improvement, Lean six sigma and BPR methodologies

2. Hand on experience in Business Process mapping / modelling platforms like ARIS, MS Visio, Nimbus

3. Conceptualize end to end project around reengineering, starting from understanding business needs, pain areas and preparation of business case

4. Facilitate process workshops that involves gathering process requirements and communicating with users to identify gaps, pain areas in order to come up with business process improvement and reengineering recommendations

5. Lead Business process reengineering programs, provide cost benefits analysis, measure and validate project results and facilitate successful implementation of standardization, optimization, automation, workflow implementation recommendations

6. Execute a data driven, statistical approach to problem solving. Including gathering, analyzing and reporting data

7. Expert in articulating reengineering agenda and rallying and guide team to drive improvement project

8. Identify, communicate and report any deviation from project plan

9. Track and evaluate effectiveness of project and ensure project is completed within timeline and budget

10. Ability to manage key stakeholder expectations, concerns, and to identify and mitigate project risk as required

11. Support implementation activities using change management approaches to accomplish project objectives
