HCL - Pricing Professional - Deal Evaluation

Position: Exec/ Sr. Exec/ Asst Manager/ Dy Manager/ Manager -- Pricing

Qualifications: CA (Preferably) OR MBA with analysis experience

Experience Required: 2-9 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responding to commercial section of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for IT outsourcing deals

- Create and review commercial construct of the said deals

- Understand customer's requirement and propose win-win deal structuring, including financial engineering required

- Preparing HCL and customer's business case

- Identify commercial risk involved and propose risk mitigation framework

- Work with other stakeholders like taxation, treasury, legal, controllers on deal related aspects

- Review the contract from commercial perspective

- Interact with sales and delivery teams and with the customer

- Preparation of rate cards for deals

- Pricing support

- Review of commercial terms and conditions in a proposal
