HCL - Mid/Senior Professional - Pricing/Deal Evaluation/Contract Management (3-12 yrs)
Position: Hiring for Mid to Senior Professionals for this role.
Profile:
- Part of the IT Deals Evaluation Team
- Responsible for pricing IT deals
- Responding to commercial section of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for IT outsourcing deals
- Create and review commercial construct of the said deals
- Responsible for creating Deal P&L's for each opportunity to keep track of margins
- Understand customer's requirement and propose win-win deal structuring, including financial engineering required
- Preparing HCL and customer's business case
- Identify commercial risk involved and propose risk mitigation framework
- Work with other stakeholders like taxation, treasury, legal, controllers on deal related aspects
- Review the contract from commercial perspective
- Interact with sales and delivery teams and with the customer
- Preparation of rate cards for deals
- Pricing support
- Review of commercial terms and conditions in a proposal
