Detailed Job Description :
Experience in SAP environment - HCM module viz. Payroll administration, Employee life cycle (HR Role), Employee Movement, ID creation, Payroll input, F&F settlement process, Employee Benefits & policy administration. Process compliance administration within the defined SLAs. Understanding of the financial implication from employee master maintenance. To drive the process as per SOP with RCM controls in place.
Team handling, dealing with stakeholder, ability to handle & resolve employee issues, ability to drive end to end transformation initiatives. Good communication skills.
Knowledge about Labour law, legal compliances and control audits by internal and external agencies.
Qualification : MBA (HR)
