Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities  - Single Point of Contact for the client for HR Service Delivery Operations  - Provide support to the Clients HR Team for Operations & Delivery related matters  - Working with the technology team (and others) identify, design and implement effective business support processes in response to the changing needs due to the implementation of new systems  - Identification and implementation of process improvements, including six-sigma and operational excellence and collaborate with technology groups for automation using RPA or other technologies as applicable  - Proactively improve client satisfaction and customer relationships working with Client Leadership in finance organization especially CHRO and his/her direct reportees  - Measure cost effectiveness  - Manage employees delivering the client service, including their professional development  - Maintains service quality and SLA  - Min. 5 years of experience in managing teams in BPO environment  - Prior experience in delivery management covering following for an American Customer with global presence in Europe and Asia Pacific:  Workforce Admin  Recruitment & On boarding  Learning and Performance Management  Payroll & Tax Admin  Compensation  - Practical understanding of problem solving and continuous improvement techniques - such as value stream mapping etc. Practical understanding of the process management cycle.   - Proven ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment  - Ability to manage and drive significant change while coaching and developing the teams  - Excellent interpersonal communication skills  - Readiness to travel occasionally  - MBA in HR with minimum experience of 10+ years
