HCL - Manager/DM/Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting - CA

Position : Manager/DM/AM - Financial Reporting

Location : Noida

Experience Required : Min 5 years

Profile :

- Controlling HCL branches independently

- Preparation of FEMA(Statement of receipts & payments) books as required by RBI

- Preparation of annual financials as per local GAAP & 212 financials

- Local audit & Tax audit(Form 3CD)

- Preparation of local books as per local GAAP & its reconciliation

- Preparation of projections and project profitability

- Computation of tax provision & subsequent DTA/DTL

- Tax provision true up as per tax return

- Filling of Annual/ Quarterly statistical surveys

- Coordination with the Taxation, Secretarial, legal & compliance team

- Preparation of annual budgets for Audit & Consultant payments

- Testing for New Company code, Plant Code, New GL Code and new reports

Closing activities like :

- IGAAP & UGAAP disclosures

- Forex run & its reconciliation

- Actuarial valuation

- Corp segment allocation & debtors ageing

- ODC to OPC re-class

- Monthly repatriation(Onsite & offshore) of funds to HO

- Current-Non-current classification

- Sales & marketing cost recharge

- TB & PL review

Skills Required : Minimum 5 years post qualification experience (CA) in either US GAAP, Indian GAAP, IFRS or Financial Reporting in an MNC set up.
