Job Title : Program Manager - Digital Marketing

Reports to ( Job Title) General Manager

Detailed Description:

- Responsible for managing hiring, onboarding and stabilizing of new hires for digital marketing operations.

- This position would require the candidate to work during US business hours - 1 position for Eastern Standard time and 1 is for Pacific Time

Minimum Experience : 10 + Years of Experience, 4+ years of digital marketing operations experience

Roles & Responsibilities : 

Summary of Responsibilities : 

 Hiring:

- Work with recruitment team to screen, interview and schedule client discussions (wherever needed) for all hiring demand

- Drive calibration with recruitment on hiring/skill requirement

- Onboarding

- Onboard the resource into HCL and follow the onboarding checklist as defined

- Work with operations and support teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding

 Training and stabilization : 

- Coach the new hire on program and ensure training is completed as per the schedule

- Conduct daily/weekly sessions to track the progress of learning and metrics

- Take corrective actions - retraining etc.

- Motivate employees to achieve the perfect AM interaction, service level agreements and targeted quality and productivity goals

- Work with Operations Managers to keep regular check of new joinee performance

Skill set : 

Necessary Skills : 

- Experience of managing digital marketing operations - SEO, Paid Search/SEM

- Excellent inter personal and people management skills, with an ability to lead the team from the front; should have handled large teams (20+ FTEs)

- Good Analytical Skills; Expertise in analysing and coordinating supply chain data and reports

- Excellent Communications skills, both verbal and Non-Verbal

Desired Skill Sets / Preferred Attributes : 

- Good knowledge of Quality Principles and Six Sigma certification.

Educational Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree from Reputed University; MBA
