Position - Transformation Leader

Reporting Structure Business Head - HCL Digital Process Operations (DPO)

Location Chennai/ Noida

Job Brief -

We are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Transformation for setting the Transformation Strategy for the LOB, including process and Business Systems across to drive cost competitiveness and profitability improvement through key transformation levers (Business model, Process, Delivery)

Role & Responsibilities:

- The person will be responsible for monitoring and managing the successful delivery of operations to ensure that they are structured appropriately to deliver both direct and indirect business benefits. In order to achieve such transformation, this role requires a high level of change management experience, including challenging, inspiring and leading the team, including senior Delivery & account leaders

- The person would be committing to cost savings & driving a strategy to improve business profitability/competitiveness at global level

- Identified key transformation levers/ focus areas to achieve global competitiveness targets

- Focused on process enhancement through deployment of a best in class SIPOC/blueprint

- Set up rigorous program governance to monitor progress and achieve bottom line improvement targets by each lever

- GTM strategy to improve market share at Global level

- Conduct market assessment to identify HCL DPO's market position in overall IT services market and big/mega deals

- Prioritized market segments based on growth potential, market size and current market share

- Being a trusted Leader and Manager of the business change function and being the first point of contact for Change and Transformation. Should have delivered such outcomes in the previous roles

- Working with Business & Delivery Leaders to support the transformation agenda, resource requirements and exercising budgetary control for business change

- Supporting the implementation of best-practice business process change and execute the program governance framework, including structure, approach and assurance for the Transformation workstream

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

- Able to demonstrate awareness of business and organizational sensitivities and reflect this in approaches to resolving issues and problem-solving, reasoning & social intelligence

- Exposure or certification in Design thinking, Open & Platform Thinking

- Experience of leading a wide range of transformation programs preferably for the last 5 yrs in a similar size organization demonstrating outcomes

- Understand how people go through a change and the change process, including knowledge of change management methodology and tools and communications techniques

- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal

- Be an effective relationship builder, influencer and negotiator at all levels

- Open to working flexible hours to provide support to multiple geographies

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's or PG degree in Economics or Maths & Masters in Business Administration or Finance

- 18+ years of experience in transformations, quality management, project management or a combination.

- Having applied the above knowledge in a similar environment, at a smaller scale maybe
