HCL - HR - Workforce Specialist (9-15 yrs)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supports the Resource Planning Manager/ Training Coordinator in optimizing workforce management
- Responsible for accurately forecasting resource requirements & effectively balancing resource utilization, ensuring high levels of client experience
- Includes short & long term forecasting
- Responsible for timely creation of schedules & management of the same.
- Overhead management, reporting and analysis with the ultimate aim of achieving optimum service levels across all channels.
- Capability of providing a variety of regular as well as adhoc reports from a multitude of data sources and systems. Strong reporting skills and advanced Excel skills
- Effective administrator and supervisor, support the Marketing & Business Improvement Team
- Ability to Problem-solve
- Effective Communicator
- Proactive approach
