Profile - AIML Head - HCL Tech - Digital transformation

Reporting - Head of digital transformation

- Looking for someone to head the Product engineering portfolio within DPO.

- Person will be responsible to lead a team of product managers, architects and engineers.

- Will have end to end reasonability of innovation for these products in artificial intelligence, analytics and automation.

- Should have past experience in building teams and taking products to the market.

- Should have defined and executed Go-To-Market strategy for product offerings.

- Past experience in conceptualization and building products from grounds-up.

- Monitor project costs, revenue, and expenses to ensure the project stays within the budgetary constraints.

- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to meet project goals.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

- Develop a business plan for the project, including revenue projections, cost estimates, and financial targets.

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that the project's deliverables meet their expectations.

- Should have 12-20 years experience with at least 5 years in product engineering roles
