Experience : 2-12 years

Profile:

1. Quarterly SEBI compliance of HCL Technologies limited as per Clause 41 of the listing agreement.

2. Annual Preparation of IGAAP Financials Statement of HCL and related schedule and get it audited with EY.

3. Preparation of Tax financials Statement of HCL Technologies limited and related schedule and get it audited with EY.

4. Actuarial of all Indian entities.

5. Controllership of Indian Entities GPSL and EAI and their related compliances

6. Related Party Reporting for Board as per Section 189 of the Companies Act 2013.

7. XBRL and RBI compliances;

8. Preparation of MDA financial part, 212 statement checking and proof reading of annual report.

9. Managing the BPC interface for organization structure validation; any other requirements.
