Global IT major looking for Digital Engineering Managers to service and support its global clients in Digital and Internet of Things Programs - Qualification and experience - A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with 12-18 years of total experience and minimum 8 years of handling Industrial/Manufacturing domain projects required for this position. PMP or other relevant certifications will be a plus. - Digital Engineering Managers (DEMs) shall be responsible for initiating programs, following progress, and provide support in case issues arise. This shall include but not limited to developing requirements, bringing clarity on scope, success criteria, timelines, pricing, etc. in consultation with client and HCL stakeholders. - DEM should have good grasp on timely and insightful Risk management and mitigation. - DEM should have good knowledge of Testing including test automation - DEM should have experience in Bid Defense, submitting proactive business proposal, Cross Selling capabilities - DEM shall coordinate efforts among teams, partners, Client and stakeholders. DEM shall develop effective schedules and suggest action items for successful completion of the project. - DEM must effectively and regularly communicate project status, timely escalate issues and see through to their satisfactory resolution. DEM shall be ultimately responsible driving progress and achieving external and internal commitment - DEM shall propose solutions to technical constraints using their technical expertise and experience, as well as provide expertise for escalated quality problems. - DEM should be able to anticipate bottlenecks in the development cycle and take timely action to overcome. - DEM must ensure proper review and implementation of best practices. DEM is expected to suggest changes to optimize cost without compromising quality of deliverables or customer satisfaction. - DEM must be problem solvers with excellent leadership skills who can motivate the team to meet business commitment. - Experience in Analytics will be a plus - Travel - 5% - Must have experience IoT project on AWS / Azure / Google / PTC - Must have experience of Cloud, Mobility - Must have delivered product & service from Offshore [ Co-located or distributed team ] and working out of client location - Must have 6+yrs of experience in working on offshore - onshore delivery model - Experience and high degree of comfort in Agile methodology, Scaled Agile, DevOps is expected. - Experienced in executing both Fixed bid, T&M projects
