HCL - Deputy Manager - Global Compliance - CS/LLB (7-8 yrs)
- Hands-on experience (7-8 years) in handling regulatory compliance role in MNC with global presence.
- Deep understanding of global employment law, corporate law, exchange control, data privacy, anti-bribery & corruption and so on, global expansion covering setting-up companies abroad, and making them ready for operation, obtaining grants / subsidies , providing regulatory advisory on global IT deals,handling / implementing automated compliance tracking.
- Ability to work with cross functional and culturally diverse team.
- Candidate must be have analytical mind, passionate, solution maker, keen learner & excellent interpersonal skills.
- Candidate should have working experience in organisation with global presence.
Qualification : CS OR LLB
