Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for training delivery, conducting assessments and reporting for batches on the communication and behavioural skills front
- Work with the technical team and / or other stakeholders towards scheduling and conducting sessions per the training plan and ensure compliance
- Should work around exigencies to ensure seamless delivery of interventions
- Should be forthcoming about providing additional support to scholars with individual training needs and development opportunities
- Should be flexible to cater to multiple requirements and should be effective at managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Should ensure effectiveness in delivery through periodic measurement of capability levels
Skills:
- Should be well-versed in incorporating pedagogical techniques appropriate for the enhancement of scholar capabilities at learning and implementation of skills
- Should possess excellent Communication skills verbal/written and strong conceptual knowledge of English grammar and behavioural tools and approaches
- Should be proficient at Microsoft Office (MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
- Should have exposure to conducting TNI / TNA
- Should be capable of designing and delivering incremental learning interventions
- Should be capable of incorporating the latest methodologies and follow a blended learning approach
- Should have exposure to Learning Management Systems and E-learning
- Should have experience as a Communication and soft skills / behavioural skills facilitator in a corporate environment
- Should be capable of incorporating the ADDIE approach to training content management
- Should be capable of training scholars on integrated modules i.e. soft Skills, English Grammar and spoken English, both in large and small groups
- Have a committed, professional attitude to training, work in general & managing stakeholders
- Knowledge of professional business communication, Professional etiquette and skills, and leadership programs is an added advantage
- Should be capable of providing 1-1 feedback, coordinating IDPs & providing mentoring to employees
