HCL - Associate Manager - Internal Audit - SOX (3-7 yrs)

Position : Assistant Manager - IA (SOX)
Location : Noida
Experience Required : Min 3 years
Profile :
- Position requires the ability to conduct Financial and Operational audits independently from start to finish.
- Good exposure in implementation as well as testing of SOX compliances.
- Drafting audit report independently and discussing the audit report with support of Audit Manager.
- Be involved in control review in case of changes in business processes.
- Track remediation status on audit finding and perform remediation testing.
- Maintain strong process owner focus by building strong relationships with process owners, scheduling and conducting key meetings.
- 3-7 years post qualification audit experience or 3 year post articleship experience in audit & SOX. Covering internal and/or external audit, process re-engineering, process reviews.
