Job Title - Associate Alliance Manager
Roles & Responsibility :
Strategy & Planning:
- Must be able to develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners in all solutions areas and KRA will be to move up the ladder, which will include -
- Knowledgeable of the partner's propositions, its vision, strategies and capabilities
- Develops & executes strategy plan with the market needs to move up HCL in partnership tier
- Maintains updates to the partner of the latest developments of their alliance account; provides feedback to the partners if needed; builds multi-level relationships with partners including those in the executive level (for GTM, License Sales, Capability Development - training & certification)
- Produces high-quality leads through constant engagements with partners in terms of marketing strategies; and coordinates with internal resources to launch partner sales planning efforts of the company
- Act as a liaison between alliance team, delivery & sales and provide support in establishment of CoE (Training, Certification, License Administration), deal creation and pipeline management (Opportunity registration, deal closure)
- Provide thought leadership in partner led asset creation such as case studies, white papers including client references
- Manage partner led events and work very closely with analyst to pitch HCL capabilities
Qualification & Experience (if required) :
MBA with specialization in Marketing, Experience in IT, BPO or industry preferred.
Skill Sets required:
- Solution mind-set
- Ability to program manage change
- Ability to work through clutter / vagueness at times
