No. Of Position: 2 - Sourcing candidates as per the available job postings on a priority basis. - Closely work on the resignations, additional and budgeted manpower. - Thorough screening of applications and meet quality hiring standards. - Manage walk-in candidates effectively. - Coordinate interviews and follow-up with HODs accordingly. - Must have hands-on experience in Stakeholder Management. - Regular follow-up with candidates and Update and formulate JD &amp; KRA for new designations. - Comprehensive employee reference checks for all new joiners and document the same. - Issuing the letter of intent for offered employees. - Identifying and meeting colleges for campus recruitment and attending job fairs. - Facilitating deputation of employees to different centers. - Ensure departmental quality standards are maintained as per the department manual. - Facilitate employee engagement programs. - Update Recruitment trackers and present status of weekly reviews. - Conduct Exit interviews and present reports to senior management on a monthly basis.
