HCAH - Senior Manager - Strategy & M&A - IIT/IIM (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities -

- Drive Mergers & Acquisition Projects

- Research and analyses including key industry trends, major players and competition, financial analyses, modelling and projections

- Scan and evaluate new opportunities through acquisitions, alliances, and mergers

- Create presentations to clearly articulate the insights driven by research and analysis

- Collaborate with verticals and functions on strategy implementation

- Oversee due diligence and assist in negotiating key transaction documentation

- Lead cross-functional teams of internal and external constituents to develop and complete transactions

- Lead transaction execution through application of strategic, financial, negotiation, and project management skills

- Preparation of strategic plan/business plans for the business

- Develop and audit Financial Model

- Lead the creation of collaterals for fund raise in the business, while working with external bankers

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in M&A, investment banking or private equity

- Graduates from IITs/IIMs/Tier-1 colleges with 3-4 years of experience

- Should have a strong flair for numbers, Reporting practices/methodologies etc.

- Strong Corporate Finance domain knowledge

- Should be knowledgeable about budgets, forecasts/projections, margin analysis etc

- Should have the passion and desire to work in a start-up environment. Should have the capability to handle ambiguity

- Strong understanding of Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus
