Channel Strategy for Physiotherapy b. Planning - Meeting and target planning with Unit Heads for target achievement c. Doctor communication for Physiotherapy d. Salesforce training and development along with Unit Head e. Close working with Unit Head for better understanding on market and better execution of a plan which we make. f. Have to work with Unit, Unit Heads and Business Development team to get an on-ground picture which will help in the execution of the plan and working on product communication. 2. Online channel:&nbsp; a. CAC control - Reduction of CAC b. Channel Mix c. Working on lead qualification d. Tech initiatives - Chatbot for direct conversion e. Product Communication f.
