Responsibilities:- - Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, roadmap execution, customer needs, requirement/use case definition - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience (B2B and B2C), identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow order volume and improve customer experience. - Apply your analytical capabilities on Data to identify trends and come up with actionable insights. - Conduct testing (A/B/Multivariate) to understand user preferences and implement the desired improvements into products. - Support Product development with data and help in making product decisions. - Work closely with the engineering team to deliver with quick time- to- market and optimal resource Requirements - Talk to internal stakeholders to access their business needs, productize them and discuss with the technical team to understand the feasibility of solutions proposed. - Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product development forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests. Requirements: - 2+ years of product management experience. - Hands-on experience in implementation/development of ERP/CRM tools as well as streamlining organization processes - Tech-savvy and passionate about building products. - Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. - Subject matter expert/industry experience a strong plus i.e. having prior experience in health-tech space is added advantage - Must have worked in a startup environment revamping business with B2C and B2B users - MBA preferred About Healthcare at Home:- Health Care at Home India Pvt Ltd (HCAH) is a perfect mix of excitement and nimbleness of start-up and yet the stability of a corporate.
