- A qualified Master of Law with vast exposure to drafting, vetting and negotiating commercial contracts & tenders. Preferable experience 10 years [minimum 5 years at managerial level]

- Proven competencies in handling corporate legal affairs and business litigation, non litigation and Arbitration matters

- Creative strategist with demonstrated legal prudence in Legal Strategy Planning, Legal Documentation, Drafting and legal vetting of various contracts and commercial transactions to ensure compliance with policies of the Company.

- Wide exposure to Negotiations, finalizing Contractual agreements, business agreements, litigation matters, liaison with law firms, external counsels, and amicable settlement of matters

- Superior verbal and written communication skills. Able to take decisions independently with minimal escalations.

- Able to cope with conflicting points of view, function under pressure, and demonstrate discretion, integrity, fair-mindedness and a persuasive, congenial personality

- Able to maintain effective relationship management with fellow legal professionals/internal business teams / external agencies

CORE COMPETENCIES:

- Legal Drafting and strong negotiation

- Legal Vetting

- Tender studies and Legal risk analysis of tenders & drafting &vetting variety of Business Agreements like MOUs, NDA's Prebid & Post bid JV agreements, Lease Deeds, Leave and Licenses and all other commercial agreements

- Advising/Updating Senior Management on legal issues

- Litigation Briefing and strategizing

- Litigation Management
