HCAH - Business Analyst

- Assist in preparation of strategic plan/ business plans/operating plans/budgets for the business

- Developing and auditing Financial Model

- Identify and drive key strategic initiatives for the business

- Create business development pitches to capture new business

- Data analysis including operational KPIs and financial KPIs of the business

- Preparation of project reports, MIS and presentations to the Board

- Collection and analysis of industry and competitor data and trend

- Planning and Execution of Post -Merger Integration

Core Competencies:

- BE / B-tech with MBA from top business school

- 5+ years' experience as Business Analyst/ Business Strategy Manager

- Strong leadership skills required. Experience in multi-unit concepts preferred

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.

- Good with numbers, string analytical skills

- Ability to handle large data sets

- Ability to generate insights from unstructured data

- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated

- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
