Reporting Senior Vice President Investments & Partnerships

Experience : 6 10 years

Location: Mumbai and Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Raise capital from HNIs + mass affluent customers for investment in commercial real estate

- Develop, plan and manage outbound and inbound innovative secured sales plan to acquire

new investors

- Set up channel partners base

- Recruit, maintain, and enhance relationships with potential and existing investor base

- Attend and organize investor events to build investor base

- Deliver efficient and responsive resolution to various client inquiries

- Collaborate with our various teams on complex customer requests.

- Proven track record of in Client Acquisition.

- Entrepreneurial and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities paired

with result driven approach

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Application will be preferred from industries like investor relations, private wealth

management, sales of financial products

- Candidates with commercial real estate knowledge is an advantage.

- Excellent knowledge of financial products for investment.

- Candidates from Wealth Management Background will be preferred.
