Reporting Senior Vice President Investments & Partnerships

Location: Mumbai and Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Channel Sales Role - Acquire, establish, maintain and deepen relationships with channel partners/ distributors (Individual financial advisors, real estate brokers, wealth managers, etc.) to distribute hBits products.

- Tie ups with various organized and unorganized channels for exclusive and ongoing in house products and also driving the sales numbers end to end

- Understand concepts pertaining to Commercial Real Estate and be aware of other real estate practices and comparable financial products.

- Set up channel partners base.

- On-board, train, and assist channel partners in using hBits platform and act as one point of contact. Sales of AIF, FOF and fractional CRE products through channel partners

- Motivate investors to extend hBits products across personal networks.

- Engage in company-organized events to reach out to investors better.

- Entrepreneurial and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities paired with

result driven approach.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Application will be preferred from industries like investor relations, private wealth management, sales of financial products,

- Candidates with commercial real estate knowledge is an advantage.

- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in B2B partnerships/channel sales.

- Excellent knowledge of financial products for investment.

- Candidates from Wealth Management Background will be preferred.

- Attention to detail, with a reliable, consistent and positive approach to work

- A team-oriented attitude.
