Required Experience & Qualification - Minimum of 20 years of work experience in AC manufacturing organization post Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical / Production / Electrical Engineering, Job Responsibilities - - Manage plant operations - Production, Maintenance, Quality and Logistics. - Production planning - presently AC. - Setting, reviewing of KPIs on plant operations to ensure manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner. - Adhere to budget and control manufacturing and overhead expenses including minimising Inventory expenses, labour overtime, freight and repair expenses. - Leading Capacity planning and enhancement program. - Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production, productivity, zero wastage, zero accident and quality standards to ppm level. - Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs - Incorporate shop floor organization and 5-S standard of plant cleanliness. - Provides direction, development and leadership to production. - Provide leadership and training to accomplish the manufacturing goals and objectives. - Implement lean management practices. - Ensure compliance of all legal and statutory requirements. - Develop a culture of continuous improvement.
